Muhammad Zahir

Muhammad Zahir is a consultant in Atlanta’s professional and business community. To support his vision of “Get it Done Now” he created 360 Guerrilla Marketing.

Muhammad Zahir, an executive coach, trainer, and marketing consultant is the founder of 360 Guerrilla Marketing, an Atlanta, Georgia based business development company focused on assisting companies in increasing their ideal customer base. He is known for his engaging and hands on “Get it Done Now” series that teaches entrepreneurs guerrilla marketing skills.

As a result of his business experiences, Muhammad has developed a strong passion for collaborative business relationships and strategies. Muhammad has more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in both for profit and non-profit sectors. He has managed in a number of companies including a leading international training company for entrepreneurs and small businesses, a publishing company, and a professional business network. For non-profits he has developed sustainable revenue enterprises, leadership development programs, and a business networking group.

Muhammad  earned his Bachelor Science degree from York College of New York and post-graduate credits at American University, Washington, D.C.  In addition, Muhammad has been a frequent participant in world-renowned leadership learning and training programs to keep his own development at a cutting edge.  He brings to his consulting practice exceptional leadership skills, integrity, and authenticity.

On a personal level, Muhammad shares a passion for personal development and metaphysics.  He is often called the “Dream Catcher” and “Potentialist” because of his service to people in the understanding of their purpose and development of manifestation strategies.

Dan Barnes

IMG_5899Dan Barnes, PH.D., has of 14 years experience in general management, turn around operations, Strategic Business Solutions, Marketing Strategic Solutions and improving operating effectiveness and productivity within companies. Being a former Psychologist his main focus is to help business owners increase profitability, proficiency and productivity through their leadership organization. His wild range of experience has resulted in creating opportunities to receive government contracts on a local and federal level. He also provided consulting services for non-profit organization. Because of Dan’s background he also has close working relationships locally and with international companies. Though his main focus is to help build a solid business foundation, he also turns their focus to become environmentally driven. Prior to partnering with Partec, Dan was a Director of business development /CCO for Apogee. While at Apogee Dan worked with a startup company and within 11 months All-star food / Cherokee was a million dollar company. He was also a GM for OSP and grew the company from 13 locations to 28 in 2 years. He was a practicing Psychology in his home country Australia for 6 years.

She is the founder and president of Partec Consulting Group (Partec), Inc.  Over the past twenty-six years, Ms. Parham’s primary areas of engagement have focused on strategic and resource development.  Ms. Parham is widely known for her grant writing skills where she has secured millions for her clients across the country. Ms. Parham also facilitates community sessions and board retreats and conducts organizational assessments.  Annually, Ms. Parham trains hundreds of nonprofit executives on various management and resource development topics working with the U.S. Department of Justice and NeighborWorks America.  Ms. Parham often serves as a conference presenter on topics ranging from community economic development, strategic planning and resource development for emerging nonprofits. In 2005, Ms. Parham completed a publication for the Department of Justice focusing on sustainability planning for community collaborations.

Ms. Parham holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics. She has completed training programs in economic development, business management, group facilitation techniques and strategic planning. As part of her continuing professional development, Ms. Parham serves as a member of the Institute for Management Consultants, Donors Forum and the Alliance for Nonprofit Management.

Marc E. Parham

He is a systems engineer with emphasis in the areas of system design, business efficiency, project management, security, and training. He has over 20 years experience and an extensive background in the automation industry as well as executive consulting in the For-Profit and Non-Profit world of business. He has many certifications and accreditation’s in the area of system integration, project management, and non-profit administration. He has conducted many diverse projects both locally and nationally. Through relationships with other business partners he has implemented many major projects for large companies in the banking, medical, insurance, and non-profit industries.

Marc has worked in various capacities in the field of business including President of a systems integration company, network engineer for a large computer distributor, systems analyst for governmental agencies and business consultant for many large and small corporations. He has also provided consulting services for non-profits organizations and for-profit companies doing specialized business with non-profit organizations. In the areas of business/program development, grant and proposal development, outcomes and measurements, automated donor management, training and strategic planning.
